Meet Our Leadership Team

A J Balasubramanian is Director of Operations for Aigilx Health in Chennai, India. Balasubramanian graduated from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai in 1984. He has over three decades of professional experience in the technology industry, as a founder of startups and manager of business incubator. He has also held senior positions in IT companies.

He has built technology development teams as part of IT services and product development companies. He is an active alumnus of his alma mater CEG.

With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, he is a forward-thinking and innovative leader who is passionate about leveraging the latest technologies to deliver solutions that transform businesses. He is the driving force behind RapidFire, an end-to-end interoperability platform powered by FHIR, which has become an indispensable product for numerous healthcare players.

Sivakumar has had a successful career working with some of the top global technology companies such as HCL, Infosys, and Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS). During his tenure at CTS, he managed a team of over 400 and was responsible for delivering complex technology solutions to enterprise clients. He has an impressive track record of winning and retaining clients through his exceptional strategic thinking and business transformation ideas.

Before Aigilx Health, Sivakumar has had over a decade of entrepreneurship experience. He has delivered business process automation solutions and digitalization services to large enterprise organizations. He has also built solutions on top of IBM filenet and other leading enterprise content management systems. His expertise in growth strategies, enterprise technology consulting, managing large tech teams, futuristic product development, and proactive decision making skills have been instrumental in his success as a serial entrepreneur.

He is an engineering graduate from Anna University, Chennai and holds a post-graduate degree in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from Great Lakes Institute of Management.

Peter Robinson is the Senior Vice President of Health Affairs at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). He joined URMC in 1988 where he held a variety of positions and coordinated all administrative/management functions assigned to the Medical Center and the Strong Health Chief Executive Officer. He previously served as Associate Executive Director of Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City and as Director of Ambulatory Care at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.

He has also been a health care management consultant for the government and private sector.
